What we collect

We collect call audio, transcripts, and metadata for every call that flows through your Callspring brand. We also collect account details (name, contact email, billing address) from the operator who signs up your business, and from any team members you invite.

Why we collect it

To run the AI agent that answers your calls, to produce the transcripts and summaries you see in the portal, and to bill you for usage. Retention is governed by your plan's default retention window plus any per-brand override.

What we share

Audio is processed by speech-to-text, language-model, and text-to-speech providers contracted by Callspring. Recordings are stored with our recording vendor. Payment information is handled by a major payments processor. We do not sell call data. We do not feed customer recordings into third-party model training.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any call recording, transcript, or your entire account at any time. Email the contact on the homepage. Subject to lawful retention requirements, we'll process deletion within 30 days.
