The service
Callspring provides managed voice AI to your business. We answer your calls, follow your approved script, capture leads and bookings, and surface transcripts in your portal.
Acceptable use
You will not use Callspring to make calls that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing law, or any other applicable regulation. Outbound campaigns require documented consent for every contact. Suspected violations are grounds for immediate suspension.
Payment
Billing is monthly, in arrears for usage and in advance for any plan base. Failed payment past 14 days suspends service. Past 60 days terminates the account.
Liability
Callspring's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for missed business, damages from agent mis-handling, or downstream consequences of calls our agent makes on your behalf. Your script. Your scope. Your call.
