› What happens if I use all my AI calls?
Extra AI calls are billed at your plan's per-call rate ($0.75 on Assist down to $0.45 on Scale). You see usage in the portal in real time, and we flag you before you run low.
› Is calling and texting really unlimited?
Domestic business calling and texting are included under a fair-use policy that keeps spammers off the network. The only thing metered is AI calls, because that's the only thing with a real per-use cost.
› Do I have to replace my phone system to try it?
No. During the pilot you keep your current number and service. CallSpring runs on a temporary number, or catches your unanswered, busy, and after-hours calls by forwarding. Port later, once you trust it.
› Can I move up a plan later?
