› What if I go over my included minutes?
Overage at $0.40 a minute on Starter. $0.30 on Standard. $0.20 on High Volume. Billed monthly. No separate telco surcharge.
› Is there a setup fee?
No. The first 50 customers get onboarded personally at no extra cost. You pay the monthly plan, billed after the 7-day trial.
› Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect next cycle.
› Cancel anytime?
Yes. No contract. Cancel from the customer portal. Pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current month.
